Ali joined the Stearns Violins team in March 2026, bringing with her over a decade of high-level customer service and management experience. As our Assistant Administrator, she is often the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every musician who walks through our doors—from students to professionals—receives personalized and professional care.
Ali’s expertise in organization and client relations ensures the shop runs smoothly, allowing our luthiers to focus on their craft while our customers find the perfect instruments and accessories for their needs.

When she isn’t managing operations or helping customers, Ali is a true creative and explorer at heart. Her life outside the shop is filled with diverse passions:
